I am here to help people through the difficult process of grief while supporting their own mental health

In December of 2020, my life changed instantly when I lost my wife to death by suicide. I continue to grieve while finding my path through the pain to a life inspired by my beautiful wife’s memory.

In her loss, I am embracing more purpose by dedicating myself to mental health and finding practical tools to help anyone find their own way through a loss.

My journey through grief has also been informed by the loss of both parents, all of my grandparents, and other close family members & friends.

Through each, I have learned about valuing "your" life, honoring loved ones preparing for end-of-life, and how to find wisdom, solace, and power to move forward after loss.

Grief is complicated and will be unique to you. I know your loved one mattered and will always live in you. There is a future for you where you can bring them into your heart while living a life that inspires you. You can remember them by living to your potential and choosing a life that will be spectacular and fulfilling.

Finally, your well-being is important, and I firmly believe that we can bring mental health to every aspect of your work, self, and life. You do not need to suffer, and with time and the right path for you, you will find peace where your spirit can thrive.

I’m sorry this happened to you…more than anything, know that you matter and are loved.

Please reach out for an introductory video call. If I can help you in any way, I am here.

I can help with suicide grief, but I am not qualified to help with suicide prevention or therapy. Here are some resources if you are struggling with suicidal ideation.
